Replacement Flush Valve Flow Restrictor Assembly for Reverse Osmosis RO Unit

This is a complete replacement flush valve flow restrictor assembly for use with any RO unit using standard ¼” pipe. This assembly is installed on the waste water line on the RO unit and allows the membrane to be backflushed to prolong its life.

The flow restrictor is available as either 300cc, 400cc, 550cc or 800cc. Please see our recommendation below which restrictor to use depending on the size of the membrane in your system:

300cc – Suitable for use with 36gpd and 50gpd membranes

400cc – Suitable for use with 75gpd membranes

550cc – Suitable for use with 100gpd membranes

800cc – Suitable for use with 150gpd and 200gpd membranes

This assembly comes complete with ¼” push fittings on either side, so it is just a case of installing this assembly on the waste line coming out of the unit, paying attention to the flow direction arrow. This assembly is also supplied with all required blue locking clips.
